Information for Incoming Students

Application process:

• Your home university has to nominate you by email to erasmus@ambis.cz by 30 May
• Fill in an send us Student application form to erasmus@ambis.cz
• Send us your Transcript of Records (list of grades you've received so far at your home university) 
• Create OLA (if your university does not use OLA (Online Learning Agreement), use the LA form they provide you)
• Send us scan/photo of your European Health Insurance Card or a valid health insurance
• Send us scan/photo of your Passport / ID 
• Send us a photo of you (passport type)
• After we have received all the necessary documents from you, we will send you a letter of acceptance
• Apply for visa (for non-EU students only!) as soon as possible as visa processing can take up to 60 days - visa information
• Get travel health insurance for the duration of your stay

Course list (study offer):

• Fall semester 2025/2026

• Minimum English language level: B1 (all courses are held in English)
• Recommended minimum number of ECTS per semester: 20

Fall (first) semester

• Orientation meeting: end of September - beginning of October (exact date will be specified by email)
• Teaching period: beginning of October – end of December
• Examination period: beginning of January – mid-February

Spring (second) semester

• Orientation meeting: first half of February (exact date will be specified by email)

• Teaching period: mid-February – beginning of May

• Examination period: beginning of May – end of June
